Pakistani community celebrates independence mela in New Jersey.

Pakistanis celebrate independence in New Jersey. The event was organized with hard work of Pakistan Day Festival Committee. The ceremony was attended by large number of Pakistani and other communities. The ceremony begins with the recitation of Holy Quran.Later a girl presented Kuja Man Kuja (Qalam) which was highly appreciated by the audience. The national anthems of the Pakistan and US were performed. The outfits of the young guests were unique. Pakistani Consul General in New York Ayesha Ali was invited on stage. She praised the efforts of Pakistan Day Festival Committee New Jersey while she declared renowned singer Shazia Manzoor an asset of Pakistan.A variety of stalls were also decorated at the fair, while Pakistani Attire and Painting stalls become the center of attention. Food, drink and shopping continued with marvelous performance of Pakistani national songs on stage by singers.  Later on Pakistan’s renowned singer Shazia Manzoor sang popular national songs. The audience appreciates and enjoyed. Women took selfies in the event.  At last, Committee members of Pakistan Day Festival New Jersey, Azeem Ahmed, Syed Zaidi, Matin Abbas, Tariq Aziz, Ayaz Sheikh, Arif Khan, Qasim Hanifi, Asim Ahmed, Najeeb Khan and Ayaz Aslam thanked all the participants.The organizers effort was aimed to spread joys and happiness among Pakistani community. The committee has been completely successful in their mission.
