The Pakistani-American community gathered on Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn area and celebrated Pakistan’s Defense Day and Martyrs’ Day with full zeal and enthusiasm. Participants paid tributes to martyrs and Ghazi of the September 6, 1965 war against India. The flag was also hoisted.
While addressing the participants, Chief Guest of the ceremony and Consul General of Pakistan in New York Ayesha Ali high lightened the importance of Defense Day.

Pakistani community also expressed their feelings and said that India should come out from Paradise of fools. We never compromise on dignity of our homeland.At last cake was also cut and prayed for security, development, stability and prosperity of the country.
