APAG held meet & greet with Eric Adams and Pakistani Community.

Queens, New York City,

American Pakistani Advocacy Group-APAG organized a meet and greet with community and Eric Adams, a successful mayoral candidate in NYC primary election, at local hall in Queens, New York. Event begins with recitation of Quran. Later, the national anthem of Pakistan was also performed.A large number of business and social personalities of Pakistani American community participated in the meet and greet.Honorable guest and successful mayoral candidate in NYC primary election, Eric Adams, told the audience that he has always spoken out against atrocities against Muslims and will continue to stand with Muslims. All members of the APAG team wore white shirts and green ties to represent Pakistan at the event.While addressing the audience, APAG President Ali Rasheed and senior team member Pervez Riaz said that Pakistani community in US should work together under one roof instead of separate platforms.At last Eric Adams’ birthday cake was also cut in the event. The APAG team and participants expressed hope that Eric Adams would be the new mayor of NYC and he would address issues facing by Muslims and Pakistani community.
