The online open forum was held by the Government of Pakistan at the Embassy of Pakistan in Berlin through Zoom. In which the Ambassador of Pakistan and the staff of the embassy listened to the problems of the people and assured them of immediate solution.
The open forum was attended by people from different schools of thought among Pakistani community, including people working in various fields, students and journalists.
Regarding the open forum, the Ambassador of Pakistan said that such steps are being taken at the directives of the Government of Pakistan and this process is continuing and will continue in the future not only in Berlin but also in other cities in Frankfurt and Germany.
The community members discussed various issues in an open forum. They presented their issues to the Ambassador of Pakistan Dr. Faisal and the staff of the embassy, some of which were answered by the Ambassador of Pakistan himself and some of the questions were answered by Consul General Ali Raza.
The open forum discussed online visa policies, reasons for delay in obtaining visas for spouses of people coming to Germany for education, POC facility, dual citizenship and other important issues.
