The Pakistan embassy celebrated Pakistan Day in Berlin, capital city of Germany, on March 23 and hosted a prestigious event at Pakistan House. Few guests invited in celebrations due to COVID-19 preventions, while embassy staff, some foreign guests and city journalists were invited.
The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. After that the green crescent flag was hoisted in the air by the Ambassador of Pakistan Dr Muhammad Faisal.
Messages of President and Prime Minister of Pakistan were read out. The Ambassador of Pakistan also addressed the function in which he spoke on importance of the day.
The Ambassador of Pakistan said that the resolution presented on Pakistan Day on March 23, and the world notices the new Islamic State of Pakistan emerging on the face of the globe in just seven years.
