Back seat passengers Buckle up the seat belt

New York Motor vehicle Department implements amended new traffic laws. According to new amendment buckle up the seat belts for rear seat passengers is mandatory.

Traffic laws sub division 3 of Section 1229C has been amended and implements from Nov 1 2020. According to the new implemented law the back seat passengers of the age of 16 years or above seat belts is mandatory.

50$ ticket ought to be issued for the violations of the new amended law.  Use of seat belt for front seat passengers is already mandatory for the age of 16 and above.
