400,000 immigrants in US to be deported, verdicts Supreme Court


The federal court advocates Trump administration’s decision to deport illegal migrants. According to the ruling of Federal court, legal status has been void with the Sudan and Haiti migrants widely affected.

The federal court decision mostly affected the migrants of the war torn and natural disaster hit countries. These countries initially imposed an emergency but now the life is normal. Trump administration challenge the 1990 Temporary protected status(TPS).

One out of three Judges bench opposed the decision and two judges gave a ruling in favor of Trump administration.

TPS program was initiated by George W Bush in 1990. According to the TPS program, many immigrants from several countries live and work legally in US.

According to the federal court decision, legal status of 400000 immigrants will be terminated leaving them helpless on the shores.
