The south Asian community belonging to the construction sector of Tri State Area, has come together to form an alliance. The union has emerged as the Asian Society Of Engineering, Architects and Contractors.
The first meeting of the newly established society was held out at a local hotel in New Jersey. Congressman Frank Pallone appeared as the chief guests on this historic occasion.
Other honorable guests included Senator US Sam Thomson, Senator Pat Diegnan, Assembly woman Nancy Pinkin, Assemblyman Jamel Holley, Assemblyman Rob Karabinchak, Edison Mayor Tom Lankey, Mayor Brunswick Brad Cohen, Freeholder Wayne Richardson and Freeholder Brian Levine.
The event saw a good number of attendees from the community belonging to different business sectors.
Congressman Frank Pallone, in his address to the event, stated that nations all over the world spend a fortune in ractifying their infrastructure. He stated that United States has a firm infrastructure and thus need to be made better.
The founder of the association Sam Khan stated that the main reason behind this alliance is to establish a better flow of communication in the community in order to serve.
Awards and honorary shields were distributed among the people at the end of event.
