HAMILTON: Pakistan head coach Mickey Arthur has asserted that he will try different team combinations in the remaining two One Day Internationals (ODIs) against New Zealand.
Arthur said while talking to media after team’s practice session he was disappointed by the way Pakistan batting line has failed so far.
Despite the dismal performance of the team, Arthur refused to be demotivated and said his boys will perform better in the upcoming ODIs.
“No excuses, [our batsmen] are far better than this. We have still got two ODIs left. We will make no excuses; we have to be better as a batting unit, we have to learn to bat in conditions different from home.”
Pakistan team got rolled up on just 74 runs in the third ODI against New Zealand. With the third consecutive win, Kiwis also sealed the five-ODI series 3-0.
